ADOR Researchers Scholarship for Welding, Sponsored by ADOR Welding Limited, Mumbai

 

To motivate the young and aspiring welding professionals, IIW-India and ADOR Group has taken an initiative to offer ADOR Researchers Scholarship worth Rs. 50,000/- from 2025.

 

The recipient must be below the age of 35 years and must comply with any one of the following two categories.

i) An individual whose research paper is accepted in the Technical Commission during the Annual Assembly of International Institute of Welding. The scholarship will be awarded to support his / her registration fee / travel expenses, subject to submission of all the supporting documents and presented paper.

ii) Any individual who wants to complete his / her PhD in welding. The scholarship will be awarded to support his / her study / research work, subject to submission of all the supporting documents.

 

Members of IIW-India can apply appropriately for the referred scholarship with proper documentation to iiw@iiwindia.com with a copy to IIW-India India Foundation Division at iiwmum01@gmail.com for further consideration.

 

Details of ADOR Researchers Scholarship - Sponsored by ADOR Welding Limited, Mumbai

The ADOR Researchers Scholarship has been initiated to motivate the young and aspiring welding professional below the age of 35 years, who would like to pursue his / her career in welding research. 

 

This Scholarship will commence from 2025. The name of the Scholarship recipient will be announced during National Welding Seminar / International Congress of the Institute.

 

General Information

The scholarship will be awarded each year in any of the two categories stated here below:

Evaluation Criteria
➢ The evaluation in all the cases will be done by a panel of judges formed by IIW-India Foundation Division. The decision of the judges will be conveyed to the Chairman of IIW-India Foundation for further proceedings.
➢ The evaluation will be compiled and decided with respect to Judges’ comments and decision.
➢ Care will be taken to avoid any conflict of interest.

 

AWARD

The Winner of this Scholarship will receive a cash award of Rs. 50,000/-
