Workshop on “ Heat Treatment of Welded Structures ” at Chennai by The Indian Instituteof Welding (IIW–India), Chennai The Indian Instituteof Welding (IIW–India) , Chennai is organising a one day Workshop on “ Heat Treatment of WeldedStructures ” . The workshop will cover topics on Heat treatment before and after welding, Stress relief, Metallurgical effects of PWHT, Modes, reasons of failures etc. The workshop will also include a presentation and demo by M/s ITW Weld, on Induction heating system. The Workshop is being conducted at Chennai on 20 th January 2017 at Hotel Radha Regent, Chennai from 09:00 hrs to 15:30 hrs , as a part of the IIW India – AWS Lecture Series. The speaker is Mr. Christopher Bloch . He is an advisor to AWSD10 committee for welding of tube and piping.
