John Abraham Muliyil Memorial Lecture Sponsored by Members of his family, Mangalore & Mr. S. V. Sambamurti, Bangalore To stimulate aspirant engineers interested in welding and allied processes, the John A. Muliyil Memorial Lecture Award will be given to a young professional below 35-years of age, who has presented his paper during the National Welding Meet of the Institute on welding technology or a related subject (in alternate years). His/her work (theses, research reports, state-of-the-art surveys) must be authored by one person only and based on recent work carried out in an industry.
