Good Morning to the dignitaries on the dias, off the dias, faculty members, students of this prestigious AIMS Institute. It’s a great honour and privilege to stand in front of you all today. It gives immense pleasure to share my views with you all.

AIMS institutes are providing high quality education and today AIM institutes have created a bench mark in terms of professionally designing curriculum that suits to industry needs and make you readily employed, engaging industry experienced faculties to expose you for latest trends in your area of learning, modern amenities and infrastructure to take you whole new level of experience, I am sure this is the best institute for your Post Graduation courses.  I would like to congratulate each one of you for choosing the right institute.

I have personally been part of many activities initiated by AIMS Institutes since over a decade, I found that the activities are quite impressive in terms of giving industrial exposure to every student before they come out of their education. Today, there are very few institute who concentrate on the quality of output rather than just delivering the curriculum. I can also say that this is the only institute that is part of this industrial area, and this truly show the management commitment in making you industry ready. Large number of students from various countries across world has proven the expertise of AIMS institutes in delivering the best.

The management is quite proactive with many industries in taking up challenging projects to the enthusiastic learners and at the same time will help the industries to get the right solutions just in time and affordable. I am also happy to share that AIMS Institute has a special cell for placements and pretty good organizations are recruiting from this institute. The entrepreneurship cell here is immensely contributing to develop successful entrepreneurs.

In the current scenario, I personally feel the PG courses offered here are apt and quite relevant to the present day challenges. With my experience, I advice you all to concentrate on your strengths and learn to the fullest to improve your skills and knowledge on the subject. Rotting knowledge is no more suitable to make you employed, but rather understand the things, involve in each activity/project by yourself, work hard and gain confidence in you. I can say you are all definitely great to reach this level of education and there is tough competition ahead but nevertheless, you all can achieve great success with your sincere efforts.

The one who is successful in career is not only good at academics and shall be good at maintaining good network of people surrounding you who can inspire, guide and teach you.  I also advice, you should involve in the projects related to industries. The more you are active the better you can gain experience. Just scoring high marks is not enough, you should able to lead your team and face the challenges with smile and optimism.

I am sure you all can do wonders if you can implement innovative ideas into functioning. Of course, this generation is the generation of innovation and ideas. You should also use social media for the right cause.

Like any other technology, social media also has good and bad. It is YOU, who can put into right use to connect with right people for meaningful interactions and socially developing in the world.

You need to involve and gain knowledge and know about latest trends in your subject by attending seminars, workshops, visiting exhibitions and presenting your skills at these platforms which are very powerful and provide you ample opportunities.
