Introduction

The industry is experiencing a slow down resulting in reduced sales, reduced employability and other factors. The industrialists and entrepreneurs need to pass thro’ this difficult phase with optimism and
hope. They need to think that these are inevitable cycle in an industry and face the situation confidently. This calls for inculcating Positive Attitude, Self-Motivation and Mental & Emotional strength. They should utilize this phase for introspection, training, proactivity and strategy formulation. This Training Session imparts the mindset, attitude and self-confidence to face the current adverse situation and get ready for good days to come.
