Team 'Trinity NDT' performing Ultrasonic thickness gauging for measuring wall thickness of chimneys at 110deg. C at approx. 150 feet above the ground and exhaust pipes at a Power station. Trinity NDT a team comprising of experts and trained and certified ultrasonic thickness gauging professionals backed with experience in testing wall thickness of boiler parts, pressure vessels, difficult to reach castings, forgings, corroded pipes, chimneys, rotary parts, pipe lines, centrifugal parts at many industries including sugar, cement, paper, dairy products, and refineries. The thickness measurements are reliable and can be carried out for the parts with only one side accessibility with around +-0.1mm accuracy depending on the thickness selected and material grade.

Ultrasonic thickness gauging can also be done for the components at elevated temperatures up to around 250deg. C without shutting down the process machinery and hence saving on the cost of the machine hours and avoid or minimize process related failure at process industries like boiler pipes, pressure vessels, chimneys and other hot objects. Thickness gauging team is also equipped with specially designed Ultrasonic transducers to be used for high temperature applications and coarse grained materials like cast irons, stainless steels etc.,
