D&H SÉCHERON ELECTRODES YOUNG ENGINEERS COMPETITION - 2024 Online Competition About IIW India THE INDIAN INSTITUTE OF WELDING (IIW-India ) was incorporated on 22rd April1966 at Kolkata to foster the welding science, technology and engineering in India. Since then IIW-India has been serving the cause of welding industry through its 13 branches throughout India. The Institute is a non-profit making organization registered under section 25 of The Companies Act 1956 and is also registered under section12 A of Income Tax Act 1961, as an Institution for charitable purposes. The Institute having its head office at Kolkata, and 13 branches at major cities in the country, viz. Kolkata, New Delhi, Jamshedpur, Baroda, Bhilai, Vishakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Cochin and Tiruchirappalli. The centres at Bhubaneswar, Surat and 16 Student’s Chapters. The Institute has celebrated its "GOLDEN JUBILEE " during 2016. IIW-India Cochin hosted NWM 2022
